XtraMath - Facts practice

Students have been working on mastering their addition facts on www.xtramath.org.  We are now working on "scoring" a run.  Students are tracking their progress by running the bases on our bulletin board.  Once mastered, they will earn a prize and move onto subtraction facts.

This is something that can be worked on at home.

Ahhhh......State Assessments

We are a week away from taking state assessments.  How do you feel about them?  Which test would you rather take:  Math or Reading ?  Why?  What do you think that Mrs. Altenburg and Mrs. Hufford could do to make testing more fun?  What would you like to learn about once state assessments are over?
